The National Sports Museum is located at 26 Broadway, the base of the Canyon of Heroes, in New York's Lower Manhattan. The museum is surrounded by the ferries to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, South Street Seaport, Wall Street, Battery Park and the World Trade Center Memorial. By virtue of its location, the NSM draws from a vast, built-in audience. Visitors include the 20 million residents in the Tri-State area and New York's over 40 million annual visitors from across the country and around the world.
